Our office is centrally located in Adelaide's city center, easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance of major hotels.
We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially during peak tourism seasons (October through April). However, we often accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled experience receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable except in cases of medical emergency or extreme weather.
Yes. All our experiences can be arranged as private tours for individuals, couples, or groups. Private tour pricing varies based on group size and specific requirements.
Most of our experiences accommodate families, though some (particularly wine-focused tours) are designed primarily for adults. Contact us to discuss age-appropriate options for your family.
Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sun protection, and a water bottle are recommended for all experiences. Specific tours may have additional suggestions, which we communicate upon booking.
Yes, we offer pickup from most Adelaide CBD and inner-suburb accommodations. Pickup from Adelaide Airport or locations outside the metropolitan area can be arranged for an additional fee.
